The sun baked everyone spread out on the dirty pavement. The wind blew kids' coloring pages to where I wanted to use masking tape to tape them to the hood of the rusty red car they used as a table. One boy sat happily playing a completely untunable Hello Kitty guitar the whole time. Someone gave it to Javier and he took it there today. They made me promise to come back tomorrow, and it will be my pleasure. One of the moms asked if we had any Word Search books (in Spanish), so I want to look for one for her.
